Dimensions Standards
ANSI / ASME Dimension Standards
American origin standards majorly covering pipeline flanges, valves, fasteners, gaskets and many other pipeline components. ANSI & ASME standards widely used due to their global acceptance.
ANSI / ASME Flanges ASME Pipes ASME Pipe Fittings ASME Valves ASME GasketsAPI Dimension Standards
API stands for American Petroleum Institute, an organization largely engaged into developing standards for petroleum industry. It has created various dimensional standards for pipeline valves, flanges and gaskets.
API Valves API Flanges API GasketsDIN Dimension Standards
DIN standards for German institute for standards, developed a variety of products including buttweld pipe fittings, flanges, valves and metric fasteners. DIN standards are widely used for flanges and fasteners.
DIN Pipe Fittings DIN Flanges DIN Valves DIN FastenersEN Dimension Standards
EN standard organization developed quite number of dimension standards for pipe fittings, flanges and valves, however its usage is limited to European origin countries and European projects.
ISO Dimension Standards
ISO dimension standards are quite famous for metric size fasteners which represents its equivalency to DIN standards. ISO standards also covers pipe fittings, flanges and valves.
BS Dimension Standards
BS are british origin standards, covering products such as pipeline flanges, fasteners, valves and pipe fittings. However its usage is quite restricted to UK and European countries.
BIS Dimension Standards
BIS represents Bureau of Indian Standards, developed large number of dimensional standard for pipe fittings, flanges, valves, fasteners, etc. It is mostly referred and used for Indian Projects.
AWWA Dimension Standards
American Water Works Association or AWWA is repsonsible for developing various products standards guiding dimensions for manufacturers and piping engineers. Most commonly referred product dimensions are for water pipeline flanges.
SABS Dimension Standards
SABS covers various piping products most prominently flanges. SABS alternatively referred as SANS, is standardization body representing South African Bureau of Standards.
GOST Dimension Standards
GOST refers to a set of technical standards maintained by Euro-Asian Council for Standardization, developed during soviet era and are used across Russian continent. It covers dimensions for pipeline flanges, valves, pipe fittings, etc.
SAE Dimension Standards
Society for Automotive Engineers, abbreviated as SAE is an American organization, developing technical standards for various types of flanges, pipe and tube fittings, valves and high strength fasteners for automotive industry.
JIS Dimension Standards
JIS represents Japanese Industrial Standards, quite different and having little equivalency to other internation standards. JIS developed many dimension standards for steel pipes, pipe fittings, tube fittings, flanges, valves, etc.
